Is UCR Dining good?
Food and dining is really good at UCR, especially for those who dorm. There are good vegetarian options that you wouldn’t expect to find on a college campus, and overall something from all the categories so that you don’t get bored eating the same thing every day.
How much is UCR meal?
$630/month. A smaller meal plan for those who like to cook AND like to eat out. The plan allows 50 Meal Swipes per quarter, plus 210 Dining Dollars per quarter to spend at any campus venue or market. Not available to students in the Residence Halls.

Meal swipes can be used at the Aberdeen-In- verness and Lothian Residential Restaurants, or Savor (located at the Market at Glen Mor). Unused meal swipes do not roll over to the next quarter..

Can freshman live off campus at UCR?
UCR offers on-campus dorms, on-campus apartments, and off-campus apartments. But, freshmen are only allowed to live in the dorms their first year. All the residence halls, besides Pentland Hills, have dining halls, but you are allowed to eat at any of the dining halls, no matter where you live.

How do I request my R-card from ucr?
You need to have a permanent U.S. address on your student file to receive an R’Card by mail. However, international students may request a digital R’Card.
