Just to clarify, B8.5 models (S4 & S5) got the Soundaktor, which is the bulkhead ‘speaker’. If you dont want it, just pull the fuse out for it, which is innthe side panel of the dash (drivers side). I had it removed on my old S4, after i changed the exhaust. The other style system is the speakers in the exhaust.
